Police say a shoplifter’s plan was foiled when his getaway driver left the scene without him. The Upland Police department in California released this video of a man going through a clothing store and filling a cart with merchandise, mostly jeans. Instead of taking those items to the checkout, surveillance footage shows he took them to the dressing room, where he put them in a large black garbage bag.
