STORYLINE:
The Israeli army raided the northern West Bank town of Qabatiya on Thursday, as violence flared in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Health ministry said ten people were injured by Israeli fire.
Smoke was seen rising from one of the houses that was surrounded by Israeli forces and bulldozers.
An Associated Press journalist filming the raid on a nearby rooftop said Israeli army forces opened fire towards him and other journalists there. No one was injured.
According to the same AP journalist, the Israeli army also surrounded a school, later allowing children to leave premises.
Over 700 Palestinians in the West Bank have been killed by Israeli fire since the war erupted on Oct. 7, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry. The northern West Bank has seen some of the worst violence.
