A 76-year-old man died after being burned in the shower while staying at a motel in Kentucky. According to a lawsuit, the scalding shower hit temperatures of over 150 degrees Fahrenheit. According to the guidance provided by the uniform plumbing code, 120 degrees is the hottest showers are supposed to get.
