Ukrainian opposition leader: Kursk incursion shows Putin is bluffing | Conflict Zone

As Ukraine prepares for another winter of war and power shortages and Russia continues to target energy infrastructure, top politicians in Kyiv say much will depend on the outcome of the US election. The leader of the opposition Voice Party, Kira Rudik, told DW’s Tim Sebastian that Russia, China, Iran and North Korea are using Western indecision over the Ukrainian use of long-range missiles to get ready for a bigger war. Rudik also said Kyiv has shown with the Kursk incursion that Russia is not invincible, and that Putin is bluffing.
