The social-media platform X has been blocked in Brazil for weeks. Owner Elon Musk has refused to comply with legislation requiring a legal representative in the country. He’s called it a "hostage law" that would allow Brazil to jail his employee if it disapproved of content on the platform. Now, X is also facing scrutiny in Europe over its practices.
