A man who killed a neighbor over dog poop lashed out at a widow in a courtroom. The widow was giving a victim’s impact statement at the sentencing of her husband’s killer when the neighbor convicted of the killing let loose. Omar Rodriguez was found guilty of second-degree murder for shooting Jose Rey after a confrontation over his dog pooping in Rodriguez’s yard. Neighbors say Rodriguez has been a menace for years. Police logged more than 140 complaints about him over the years.
