Ocean Park announces the birth of Hong Kong’s first locally born giant pandas. Mother Ying Ying, who gave birth to twins just before turning 19, is now the world’s oldest first-time panda mom. Ying Ying and partner Le Le were gifted by Beijing to Hong Kong after its return to China in 1997.
