A suspected serial rapist, who police say has been on the run for 34 years, was arrested after he led Los Angeles cops on a chase for 90 minutes. The suspect was identified as Stephen Paul Gale. In 1989, prosecutors say he found a customer and a saleswoman after bursting into a clothing store. He ordered them into separate rooms where he allegedly sexually assaulted them. His DNA sat untested on a shelf for 34 years. Three months ago, investigators identified Gale using DNA and forensic genealogy.
