Just as the 2024 Paris Olympics were coming to a close, a shirtless man was seen climbing the city’s Eiffel Tower. “We were on the second floor waiting to descend and the lifts were stopped, so we were waiting for them," said one tourist waiting to tour the landmark. Police were able to intervene and he was arrested. Inside Edition Digital has the video. The incident didn’t interfere with the closing ceremony.
