Florida Judge Wayne Culver shocked everyone with his behavior inside a courtroom in 2022. Kevin Newton says he arrived late for his court appearance when Judge Culver lashed out at him. Recently, a state commission recommended that Judge Culver be suspended for 60 days and undergo anger management classes. The judge had blamed personal problems at home for his tirade. Newton says that should not be an excuse for the judge’s behavior.
