Edgewater Police Department officers arrested a man they say "Displayed sovereign beliefs and lack of acceptance of authority, believing laws did not apply to him." The suspect was initially pulled over for allagedly running a stoplight. After refusing to show officers his license, insurance and registration, things escalated. "I study law and I’m not a dummy," Andre Narcisse said before getting handcuffed. Inside Edition Digital has more.
