The Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants are making a triumphant return after a scandal rocked the organization nearly three months ago. Then-Miss USA Noelia Voigt turned in her crown. Voigt shared a coded message that spelled out "I am silenced." Two days later, then-Miss Teen USA UmaSofia Srivastava announced that she had resigned. Now, the organization says it is focused on putting the controversies behind them.
