"Morocco, as one of the most ancient countries in the world, by virtue of its strategic location, has been home to a group of civilizations from the prehistoric period to the present day. These civilizations have left us a group of historical monuments and a group of tangible and intangible heritage, that is embodied in ancient cities and archaeological sites, which we must work hard to preserve. Preserving these historical monuments is done first from a legal standpoint, so that they are protected by laws, either they are a national heritage or a human heritage, such as the city of Rabat, which is considered a UNESCO heritage, as well as making them known. The most important thing is restoring them with traditional materials and traditional methods, so that we preserve what was in the original design."
