President Biden decided to withdraw from the presidential race after he reportedly found himself "isolated, frustrated, angry" and "betrayed.” As late as Saturday morning, Biden was defiantly telling his closest allies he was staying in the race. But, according to reports, after reviewing the latest troubling polls and fundraising efforts, he had all but decided to bail out of the race. By Sunday morning, he apparently knew the end had come.
