One of the biggest weeks in politics just ended, and many of the GOP VIPS dined at Milwaukee’s Lake Park Bistro. Chef Paul Bartolotta gave Inside Edition a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour to show what he made for delegates, dignitaries and lobbyists. Smoked salmon, scallops and caviar figured heavily in the chef’s mouthwatering, haute cuisine. Chef Bartolotta says, "We want them to leave as raving fans about what a great city Milwaukee is."
