US President Joe Biden appeared at a news conference in Washington at the end of NATO’s 75th anniversary summit.
He spoke at length about his achievements in office, saying he was the best-qualified person to run for president. Biden’s mental fitness has been scrutinized since he appeared confused at a debate last month. Several top Democrats have withdrawn their support for his campaign for re-election in November.
