Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has called on Ukrainian President Vlodomyr Zelenskyy to consider a ceasefire with Russia.
Orban was speaking during his first visit to Kyiv since Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022. President Zelenskyy said Ukraine needed a ‘just peace’ and called on Europe to maintain the supply of military aid to his country.
Viktor Orban’s visit was also his first foreign trip since Hungary assumed the EU’s rotating presidency on Monday.
