FAMILY MEMBERS PREPARE TO SAY A TEARFUL GOODBYE TO THEIR CRITICALLY ILL CHILDREN.

THEY ARE FINALLY LEAVING THE NASSER HOSPITAL AND ON THEIR WAY OUT OF GAZA.

IT’S THE FIRST MEDICAL EVACUATION SINCE THE SOLE CROSSING WAS SHUT DOWN IN EARLY M AY.

THE 19 CHILDREN ARE ON THEIR WAY TO THE KEREM SHALOM CARGO CROSSING WITH ISRAEL.

ISRAELI AUTHORITIES SAY THEY WILL RECEIVE TREATMENT IN EGYPT AND ABROAD.

THE HEAD OF GAZA’S HOSPITALS SAY THE EVACUATION HAS BEEN COORDINATED WITH THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION AND THREE AMERICAN CHARITIES.
