A mistrial was declared in the murder trial of Karen Read. The jury returned to the Massachusetts courtroom still deadlocked. Earlier in the day, the judge read a note from the jury indicating they were hopelessly hung. However, the judge ordered the jury to resume their deliberations. It was seen as the final push to get them to reach a verdict before declaring the case a mistrial. Inside Edition’s Alison Hall has more.
