Jenessa Miller just graduated from high school and was taking pictures with friends and family when all of a sudden balloons she got with a card attached to it blew away. It wasn’t just any card. This was a special card from her dad. "I was just watching it go away. I was sad," Miller tells Inside Edition Digital. Miller and her mom, Erica Finn, of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, are hoping the balloons eventually fall down and can be returned.
