Michael Singleton was tased twice when he was about to board a plane. He says his only offense was an outstanding warrant on an unpaid speeding ticket from years ago. He says he was released after he paid the speeding ticket. He’s looking for an apology from Dallas police, but they are standing by their decision to use a taser, saying they were attempting to take him into custody for “outstanding warrants” but he "displayed defensive resistance" and "refus[ed] to place his arms behind his back."
