"Today we are holding a funeral for the martyrs (those killed) in the American massacre on residential neighborhoods, starting with the Farwa residential neighborhood. We say to Trump, his allies, Israel and Netan (Arabic word for stinky, an insult referring to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu through a play on his name), you will never stop us by targeting the residential neighborhoods from supporting our brothers in Gaza, and we will never get tired or bored, we share the same destiny, your crimes against civilians are not terrorizing us."

"On this day, we take a pledge on ourselves to retaliate for the young before old, what is the fault of these children, they were playing in the neighbourhood, they have nothing to do with war and there are no leaders here, we tell them to think, children playing in the neighbourhood and another time they say that a bakery produces explosives while it was producing bread for people."

STORYLINE:
Dozens of mourners performed funeral prayers on Wednesday for people killed in U.S. airstrikes on Sanaa.
U.S. airstrikes targeting Yemen’s capital killed at least 12 people and wounded 34 others, the Houthi rebels said early Monday.
The deaths mark the latest in America’s intensified campaign of strikes targeting the rebels.
The U.S. military’s Central Command declined to answer questions about the strike or discuss civilian casualties from its campaign.
The Houthis described the strike as hitting the Farwa neighborhood market in Sanaa’s Shuub district. That area has been targeted before by the Americans.
The U.S. is targeting the Houthis because of the group’s attacks on shipping in the Red Sea, a crucial global trade route, and on Israel.
The Houthis are the last militant group in Iran’s self-described “Axis of Resistance” that is capable of regularly attacking Israel.
The new U.S. operation against the Houthis under President Donald Trump appears more extensive than attacks on the group were under President Joe Biden, an AP review found.
The new campaign started after the rebels threatened to begin targeting “Israeli” ships again over Israel blocking aid from entering the Gaza Strip.
