A mother and child found near an alleged serial killer’s dumping ground have been identified. In 1997, police in Long Island, New York say the remains of a victim they named Peaches were found stuffed in a tub in West Hempstead. Officials say DNA testing shows the victim was Tanya Denise Jackson, 26. In 2011, more remains were uncovered that belonged to Jackson as well as her daughter Tatiana Marie Dykes, two.
