People are on the move in India and Pakistan, as both countries revoke visas for each others nationals. Militants gunned down 26 civilians in Kashmir on Tuesday. Delhi accuses Pakistan of supporting cross-border terrorism — something Islamabad denies. India is expelling diplomats and has closed the main border crossing to Pakistan and is ditching an historic water sharing treaty between the two countries, sparking protests. One Pakistani minister described the move as ‘water warfare’. The river affected is a vital source of water to Mmillions of farmers in the region. There are concerns military action could follow.
