Police say newly released bodycam footage shows a teacher drunk outside a house party where 200 students had gathered, many underage. Teacher Karly Anderson was arrested for disorderly conduct and intoxication. She denies the criminal allegations. Police also arrested and charged the homeowner, an elementary school principal, with felony child neglect. Anderson told Inside Edition in January that she was with the principal when the principal got a call about her son’s noisy party.
