A Chinese Communist Party official in Hong Kong attacked the U.S. in a speech Tuesday, calling recent tariffs "senseless". Xia Baolong, the Chinese Communist Party’s Director of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, lashed out saying that the U.S. is against Hong Kong’s "prosperity".
