A child was found wandering around a neighborhood with her dog, but no parents. The Volusia Sheriff’s office sent deputies out to check on the child. They say she is a 6-year-old girl, who said she was homeless and had never been to school. She also said her parents dropped her off in the area, but she wasn’t sure why.
