"We were told that women should be in the kitchen, at home with children. That is why to go and study such equipment was so scary, (I was afraid) that I wouldn’t even be able to drive it. But we got over ourselves, little by little we were moving towards our goal. Now, as we were taught, I can already ride almost any vehicle that we have here at the training ground."

"At first it was scary, but now we understand that it is necessary, since men are now being mobilized, and someone needs to rebuild the country. "If we look at the numbers, we have 51% of employed women, 49% of men, respectively. I can’t say that the situation has changed significantly during the full-scale war, but we see that the approach is changing. Employers are increasingly willing to hire women in specialties that have always been dominated by male professions, and women, in turn, are ready to study and retrain in order to gain new knowledge, new skills and be employed."
