Israel has conducted overnight strikes into Gaza, killing dozens of people according to the Hamas-run health ministry. Israel’s defense minister had earlier issued what he called ‘the last warning’ to Palestinians in Gaza – to return all remaining hostages and remove Hamas from power. Israel is defying calls from a number of foreign governments to return to the ceasefire agreed with Hamas.
